Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram star was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken much about her family, but she credits her grandfather for inspiring her passion for fitness. He was a bodybuilder in his 20s and 30s. Ashley started swimming at the age of four. For the next ten years she took classes. In the past, she competed in many events but wasn't as dedicated as she wasn't ready for strict diet in order that her body could give its maximum. It was not uncommon for her to be popular in the time of her high school, because of her gorgeous look and beautiful body but it is not known that she had a relationship with anyone throughout this phase of her life. Once she graduated from high school, Ashley decided not to enroll in college, but instead focus on her career of an exercise model. Ashley noticed she wasn't happy with the way her body looked when she was 15. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the gym. Then she followed the advice of her grandfather to start slow. Little did she know that she would spend nine years perfecting her shape as she grew into a celebrity in fitness. Ashley was encouraged by her victory and enrolled in her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and felt compelled to train harder. In the aftermath of winning fifth at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley decided to stop competing. She was receiving offers for photos while competing and didn't want to combine her career, however after she had stopped competing, she decided to switch careers and become an exercise model. After being featured on the front of a renowned fitness magazine, she was then able to start her career in the field of fitness and modeling model. Since then, she has grown into a sought-after model. She has been featured on many bikini and apparel companies and has been featured as the face of a well-known fitness magazine.
